The Annual Account Management Fee covers most fees and charges for account administration, management, and advisory services. However, your account may be subject to other third-party fees as outlined in greater detail in the Client Services Agreement.

The Annual Account Management Fee is calculated using the account balance from the end of the previous quarter as reflected in the Client’s quarterly statement. The first payment is due in the calendar quarter in which the Client Service Agreement is executed, and will be assessed pro rata in the event the Client Service Agreement is completed at any time other than the first day of the calendar quarter. Subsequent payments are due and will be assessed on the first day of each calendar quarter.
